Thank you for your interest in Room to Read’s Trek to Vietnam in November 2018! This trek will be an opportunity to travel with your fellow Board Members and Room to Read leadership and will give you an intimate view of the incredible impact you've helped us achieve.

During the visit in Vietnam, you'll have a chance to meet our in-country team and interact closely with the beneficiaries of the Literacy and Girls' Education Program. Included below are details about the trek itinerary, costs and required forms. This site will be updated as details are finalized so be sure to check back frequently. Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
November 16 - November 17, 2018

Friday, November 16th
Please view the travel arrangements section for guidance on flights to Ho Chi Minh City. Our program will begin at 11:30 a.m., departing directly from Tan Son Nhat International airport to Room to Read’s Girls’ Education Program in Long An province. We'll spend the afternoon speaking to Girls’ Education Program participants, teachers and social mobilizers, before traveling back to Ho Chi Minh City. We'll have dinner as a group upon return to the city.

Saturday, November 17th
The focus of today will be the Literacy Program. We will travel to the Tay Ninh province in the morning, where we'll have the opportunity to participate in a grade 1 and 2 instruction class, and tour the library. After lunch, we'll head back to Ho Chi Minh City, where we will join together for a farewell dinner to share reflections and thoughts of the visit.

Sunday, November 18th
