Women's History Month

For Women's History Month, Let's Look to the Future

One of the most important investments we can make is ensuring that girls are able to stay in school, advocate for themselves and navigate life's most difficult decisions.

Invest in Girls' Education

March is Women's History Month

As we celebrate the incredible contributions women have made to the arts, sciences, and humanities, we cannot ignore the women and girls being left behind today.

Room to Read's innovative Girls' Education Program has helped over 50,000 girls succeed in school and beyond. With your help, we can support nearly 7,000 more girls in 2018 as we press for progress.

Your tax-deductable donation will help provide the mentoring, classes and material support to help a girl stay in school and navigate some of life's toughest decisions.

How You Can Help

  • $1 supports 1 day of girls' education
  • $25 provides a year of material support
  • $50 supports her to learn to read for a year
  • $75 provides a year of mentorship
  • $100 supports a year of life skills development

Give Monthly

It costs just $25 a month to provide the mentoring, classes and material support to help a girl stay in school and navigate some of life's toughest decisions.

Room to Read's Girls' Education Program

We advocate with governments to adopt our approach to mentoring and life skills education and drive transformative changes in education systems around the world. When nations are strengthened through a generation of educated women, a culture of change develops.
