We are still in the process of costing the trip. We anticipate a range of $3,800 - $4,000 (USD) per adult based on double occupancy. Please check back soon for confirmed pricing and child rates. Trip costs cover the following expenses during the period of October 10 - 13: 3 nights of accommodation, ground transportation, select lunches and dinners, water and snacks, tips, and the safari. Please note that you are responsible for paying for your own international flight to/from South Africa, visa fees, tips for safari guides and required immunizations. To reserve your space on the trip, please make your US$1,000 non-refundable deposit (one per person) by March 30, 2018. Please note that we have a trip capacity of 25 participants. Participants risk losing space on the trip until the deposit has been received. South Africa Trek 2018
Thank you for your interest in Room to Read’s trip to South Africa in October 2018! This trip will be an opportunity to get active and travel with Room to Read CEO, Geetha Murali, to see our successful Literacy Program in action, and witness the incredible impact you've helped us achieve.
You and a small group of Room to Read investors will meet with our in-country team and interact closely with the parents, teachers and students involved in our Literacy Program.
