The Bradley Sisters Join Room to Read as Global Ambassadors

October 15, 2026

Room to Read, a global education nonprofit nurturing foundational learning skills in children, today announced actresses, storytellers and advocates Catherine, Alexandra and Aubin Bradley (“The Bradley Sisters”) as its newest global ambassadors. The announcement was made alongside International Day of the Girl on October 11.

“Stories have the power to help young people imagine who they are and who they can become,” said Dr. Geetha Murali, CEO of Room to Read. “The Bradley Sisters understand that power deeply as young women creators using storytelling to expand what others see as possible. At Room to Read, we know literacy is foundational to every story that follows, and that girls need the skills, confidence and support to shape their own futures. We are honored to welcome Catherine, Alexandra and Aubin as global ambassadors and grateful for the voice they will bring to our mission.”

As global ambassadors, The Bradley Sisters will raise awareness and help mobilize support for Room to Read’s mission to nurture foundational literacy and life skills in children. Their ambassadorship comes at a timely moment following International Day of the Girl, reinforcing the importance of ensuring girls everywhere have the education, resilience and self-belief to recognize their potential and shape the futures they choose.

The appointment builds on The Bradley Sisters’ partnership with Room to Read since 2024. Their support has included visiting a local elementary school in New Jersey to conduct read-alouds with Room to Read partner Kappa Alpha Psi, as well as peer-to-peer fundraising for Room to Read campaigns. Most recently, they inspired donations for Make Room to Read, the organization's International Literacy Day campaign, that can put more than 2,000 books in the hands of children around the world.

“Our lives and careers have been shaped by stories. Long before we stepped onto a stage or in front of a camera, we were readers discovering new worlds, possibilities, and perspectives through books. As actors, we've had the privilege of bringing beloved characters to life, but every role begins with a writer, a story, and the ability to read. That's why Room to Read's mission resonates so deeply with us. Literacy opens doors to imagination, confidence, and opportunity, and storytelling helps young people see themselves in new ways. We're especially inspired by Room to Read's work with girls, helping them build the skills, voice, and self-belief to recognize their own potential and shape the futures they choose,” said The Bradley Sisters, actresses, storytellers and advocates.

The Bradley Sisters are the founding creative voices behind Ashmore Pictures, which they co-founded in early 2026 to develop female-driven film, television and theatre. Their company was founded on a simple belief: the most enduring stories are the ones that take young women seriously — their courage, their interior lives and their capacity to change what surrounds them.

Catherine Ashmore Bradley is an actress, singer and dancer known for her work across television, film and Broadway. She portrays Luan Loud in Nickelodeon and Paramount+’s live-action franchise The Really Loud House and the films A Really Haunted Loud House and A Loud House Christmas. On stage, Catherine made her Broadway debut as Lily Potter Jr. in Harry Potter and the Cursed Child. She has also appeared in City on a Hill and Law & Order: SVU, voiced Deema on Nickelodeon’s animated series Bubble Guppies and performed in stage productions including Fun Home, The Secret Garden, Annie, A Christmas Story: The Musical and, most recently, Spandex the Musical off-Broadway.

Alexandra Bradley is an actress, singer and dancer known for her work across television, film and theater. She starred as Riley Waters in the feature film The Greatest Ever, a role for which she won Best Leading Actress in a Feature Film at the Young Entertainer Awards. Her television credits include Teen Rachel, the young Claire Danes, in Fleishman Is in Trouble, along with roles in City on a Hill and The Blacklist. On stage, Alexandra starred as Gretl and Marta in the Broadway National Tour of The Sound of Music and appeared off-Broadway as Lottie in The Little Princess.

Aubin Bradley is an actress, singer and dancer known for her work across television, film and theater. She portrays Lucy Loud in Nickelodeon and Paramount+’s The Really Loud House franchise, including the series and the films A Loud House Christmas and A Really Haunted Loud House. She won Best Supporting Actress in a TV Series at the Young Entertainer Awards for the performance. Aubin has also appeared in Apple TV+’s Hello Tomorrow!, Netflix’s The Watcher, Amazon’s Modern Love, HBO Max’s Gossip Girl, CBS’s Madam Secretary, Apple TV+’s Invasion and SyFy’s Happy. On stage, Aubin starred as Little Cosette in the Broadway National Tour of Les Misérables.

Together, The Bradley Sisters bring to Room to Read a shared belief in the power of stories to shape identity, expand possibility and help young people see themselves as protagonists in their own lives.
