Room to Read, a global education nonprofit nurturing foundational learning skills in children, today announced Jada Sezer, public figure and founder of MOTHER AI and CEO MUM, as its newest global ambassador.
"Jada brings a powerful and contemporary voice to the mission of advancing opportunity for children and families," said Dr. Geetha Murali, CEO of Room to Read. "As a founder, media leader, and mother, she understands that education is more than learning — it is the foundation of confidence, agency, and possibility from the very start of a child’s life. Her commitment to uplifting parents and reimagining the systems that surround families reflects a belief we hold deeply: that when children are supported early, they are equipped not only to learn but to lead. We are honored to welcome Jada as a global ambassador and excited for the impact we will create together."
As a global ambassador, Sezer will use her platform to raise awareness for Room to Read’s mission and help mobilize action around literacy and gender equality. She joins Room to Read ahead of International Women's Day, alongside the organization’s "Facets of Change" fundraising campaign with match funds throughout March donated by Swarovski Foundation. The campaign supports Room to Read’s Girls’ Education Program and celebrates the brilliance that shines when girls have the opportunity to learn.
"As a mother, education feels deeply personal — it is the foundation upon which confidence, independence, and possibility are built," said Sezer. "Room to Read’s commitment to foundational learning ensures children are given the tools they need not just to succeed in school, but in life. I’m honored to support a mission that places literacy and opportunity at the very beginning of a child’s journey."
Sezer is a British founder and media figure shaping the conversation around modern motherhood. She is the creator of MOTHER, an AI-powered platform designed to support working parents, and the host of CEO MUM, a charting podcast known for its candid conversations with celebrities, founders, and high-profile women navigating career and family life. First rising to prominence as one of the UK’s pioneering plus-size models, Jada built a global profile working with brands including L’Oréal, Tommy Hilfiger, and Adidas, and appearing on the covers of Women’s Health and Cosmopolitan. She has since evolved her platform beyond fashion — leveraging her public influence, formal training in psychology and child psychotherapy, and lived experience to build technology and media with long term cultural impact.
