Onechanh serves as senior program director, providing strategic program design and thought leadership to drive initiatives that embed and scale Room to Read's literacy, children's book publishing, and gender equality approaches within national education and publishing ecosystems.
Since joining Room to Read in 2011 as literacy instruction manager, she has held several leadership roles. Known for her sound technical knowledge and empathetic leadership, Onechanh consistently steps up to guide critical field operations through transitions, driving impactful change for children across the Lao PDR.
