Bounkorn Sapsiri serves as program operations director at Room to Read in Laos, providing strategic leadership for nationwide program delivery and operational excellence. Since joining the organization in 2011 as a provincial manager, he has held several leadership positions that have contributed to the growth and reach of Room to Read’s work across the country.
With extensive experience in education program management, he has built strong partnerships with government agencies and local communities to advance education quality, girls’ empowerment, and gender equality. His leadership has helped strengthen Room to Read Laos’s reputation as a trusted partner in supporting sustainable improvements in education for children across Lao PDR.
