Exclusive Opportunity!
Room to Read’s London Annual Wine Tasting Dinner – Special Auction Prize;
Exclusive elBulli themed dinner in NYC on October 23, 2014

You may (but probably not!) have been able to dine at elBulli, the world's greatest restaurant, and you now have the opportunity to spend an evening with its founder, Ferran Adrià, the most inspirational and revolutionary chef of our time.

The FT's How To Spend It magazine and elBulli’s legendary proprietor/chef Ferran Adrià have partnered to launch a series of six intimate and exclusive dinners in London, Hong Kong, Geneva and New York. The ‘Dine with Ferran Adrià’ dinners, are in conjunction with some of the world’s most exciting, award winning chefs – Chef Jason Atherton of Pollen Street Social, Aberdeen Street Social and City Social, Chef Philippe Audonnet of Window, Hotel d’Angleterre and Chef Daniel Humm of Eleven Madison Park. Following the publication of How To Spend It which featured the article ‘What Ferran Adrià did next’, tickets for the original four dinners sold out within 48 hours.

The last two tickets for the dinner on October 23 2014 in New York will allow one lucky couple to enjoy this once-in-a lifetime experience.

Head to the much-celebrated, 3 Michelin-starred restaurant, Eleven Madison Park, named the best restaurant in the USA and fourth best restaurant in the world, for an evening of gastronomic delights which commences at 6:30pm with a champagne reception hosted by Ferran Adrià, award-winning Eleven Madison Park Chef Daniel Humm and How To Spend It editor, Gillian de Bono. At 7:30pm you'll be seated with fellow How To Spend It diners, where you will experience an elBulli-inspired 5 course menu with wine pairing devised by Daniel Humm and his team. Diners will hear from Ferran Adrià about elBulli, his inspiration, and will leave with a personal gift. A signed copy of elBulli 2005-2011* will be delivered to your residence shortly before this unique dining experience takes place.

* Due to the sheer size and weight of the elBulli 2005-2011 compendium, the books will be posted to you ahead of the dinner.  The compendium comprises a seven-volume set of books, featuring 750 fully illustrated recipes from Ferran Adrià and his team.
